Delicious and crunchy bread sticks

  • 2 puff pastry rolls
  • 150 g grated cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 1 egg
  • oil
  • Poppy
  • sesame
  1. Preheat the oven over 180° C and interpret two baking sheets with baking paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and do not remove the paper. Spread the cheese on top. Then you define the second roll of puff pastry on the other. Remove the paper.
  3. The puff pastry spread with an egg. Now to sprinkle with the poppy or sesame. The paper now put back on the puff pastry. Now turn the puff pastry with the help of the paper. Do the same with the other side.
  4. Now cut the puff pastry into strips and place on the baking sheet. Please, turn a strip carefully, so it will look like a spiral. Method als the remaining bread sticks. The bread sticks about 25 minutes in the oven until golden brown baking.
